Testicular and Penile Cancer
These types of cancers are rare, but testicular cancer is the most common type of cancer found in men ages 15 to 34. Although testicular cancer can present with symptoms such as pain, discomfort, achiness, a lump or fluid build-up in the scrotom, it is much more common to present with a painless hard lump in the testicle. Therefore, gentlemen, it is imperative to examine your Testicles at least on a monthly basis.
Testicular cancer is very treatable even if it has spread. Standard treatment is surgery to remove the affected testicle with possible radiation or chemotherapy.
